- After school program that provides members in middle school and high school students time to complete their homework with limited distractions
- Program is an hour long, but study space is always available
- Staff is available to assist members if they have questions about homework
- Must have valid BGCM membership ID

A self-paced 12- to 24-month program for young people ages 16 to 24 that offers no-cost education and career technical training and advanced training programs in:
- Automotive Repair
- Business Office Technology
- Culinary Arts
- Facilities Maintenance
- Health Occupations / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Landscaping
- Medical Office Support
- Painting
- Provides academic training in basic reading and math along with courses in independent living and employability skills
- Qualified students will obtain their GED / high school diploma
- Students can be either a resident or non-resident
- On-site childcare available for non-resident students
- Students receive a living allowance twice a month, free meals, and access to a wellness center
- Graduates receive $1,000 transition allowance, job placement assistance and career counseling for up to nine months
